We use only genuine Bosch Springs in our governor kits. Why is that important to note? Well, genuine Bosch comes with genuine guarantees that the springs are tensioned correctly, that the springs won't bind together, that they are the correct type of material that won't break under load.
The 4000rpm gsk is specifically designed to work with the Dodge Cummins 12 Valve. The Dodge Cummins was equipped with a P7100 Bosch Fuel Injection Pump from 1994-1998. Some would argue that the Dodge Ram Cummins in these particular years was the best built,with the most horsepower and the most pulling power ever produced by Chrysler.
The 4k GSK is a specially built kit for the Dodge Cummins 12 Valve P7100 Fuel Injection Pump, it contains 2 custom spring seats, 2 large genuine Bosch springs, 2 medium genuine Bosch springs, and 2 small genuine Bosch springs, plus complete installation instructions.
The 4K GSK (4000 rpm Governor Spring Kit) was specifically designed for racing. It is not recommended for daily driving or towing applications.

You will need a delivery valve socket for this installation.
It is recommended that you also install boost and pyrometer gauges to monitor engine temperatures and performance.
