Installation Instructions:
Remove your PTO plates on both sides of your transmission and install TRANS-COOL Aluminum casting 356T6 alloy units.
Drain Transmissin Fluid
Remove 6 Bolts from each PTO plate
Remove PTO plates and gaskets. Clean surface thoroughly
Install new gaskets included in the TRANS-COOL kit
Install new TRANS-COOL system using inclosed bolts
Torque bolts securely ( Do not over torque)
Refill transmission Fluid ( add one additional quart)
NOTE: Does not fit '07.5-'08 6.7L trucks due to interference from the exhaust system.
