The HP10136 must also be purchased for vehicles that have a round axle tube with the breather located approxiamately 7" from the spring pack. This kit is designed to eliminate interference of the axle breather and the Pacbrake Air Spring support bracket on the Dodge 3500 Cab and Chassis vehicles.
