Shipping and Returns policy


No customs, duties, or brokerage fees will ever be charged, as we import and export our own parts across the border.

We use a variety of shipping methods, such as Loomis, Purolator, Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, and USPS. We reserve the right to change the shipping method for the customer to reflect better shipping times and cost.

Please thoroughly check that all parts delivered are what you ordered and are undamaged.

Damaged packages received from courier must be brought to Peak Diesel Performance’s immediate attention, so that we can initiate a claim.

Not all parts ship from our location; some orders may be drop shipped from the supplier. Parts can also be shipped at separate times.

The customer is responsible for any fees incurred due to changing the shipping address after the product has been shipped.

We do our best to make sure our site gives accurate shipping charges, but in the rare circumstance that the shipping charges are higher than originally charged, Peak Diesel Performance will be in contact with you to let you know of any additional cost, and provide alternate shipping options.

Make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Peak Diesel Performance holds no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or late shipments due to incorrect address or information given.

Signature Requirement

For your protection and ours, we ship all packages with a signature confirmation.

PO Box

Some of our products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. In the event customers only have a P.O. Box, there are solutions, such as shipping to the nearest courier depot.


Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must have an RGA (return goods authorization) number. Returns that are sent back with no RGA number will be sent back at customer’s expense.

Special order parts are not eligible for return.

All returns must be in original packaging.

If a return is due to an improperly or incorrectly shipped item from Peak Diesel Performance, we will provide a return pre-paid shipping label. Freight charges on all other returns are the customer’s responsibility.

There will be no returns on electronics or electronic components.

All cores are due within 30 days of purchase. Cores must be sent back to the manufacturer, pre-paid by the customer, unless specified on the invoice. Once core return has been processed, you will receive a full refund to the original credit card within 7-10 days, for cores in usable condition. Any cores received later than 30 days after purchase may be at risk of losing the refund.

Peak Diesel Performance will not be responsible for any incurred Shop fees or repair fees due to defective parts, part delays, and installations.

All cancellations will be subject to a 15% processing fee. All cancellations that are received after the product has been shipped are classified as a completed order and cannot be cancelled.
